    Signs of Spring !

Crocus, tiny honeysuckle leaves, new daylily growth, surprise lily leaves(lots of 'em), daffodil leaves, tulip leaves.....It's mid-60's today but 40 tomorrow. I do think Mother Nature is moving forward and it's just a matter of time!

Yay! for Cathy! Signs of spring. . . . . . . I can only sigh here as we
    are getting more snow today. But . . . . . .. before long I will be
seeing those same signs of spring (I hope!).
    Happy Growing,

    Wink

LOL, it's like they're living on another planet! However, even in the Great White North, it is still light at 5:30 now, and next week, the daytime temps will be over 30 degrees for at least 5 days!!!!!

The thing I love to do most is to share, but for the live of me I can't figure out how to send even a thimble full of this heavenly weather to your chilled bones and bulbs. If I could I'd be running right to fill all my buckets and calling for UPS bulk rates .I've been blessed w/day upon day of beautiful dig days in the 50's, 60's ... even a few low 70's. Maybe you could at least visit and get your nails dirty . We have spare room and plenty of digging space. The peach state's just peachy . The key's always under the shovel so ya'll come any time ?

    Hey, Pasty!

I was hoping for upper 60's and low 70's for our holiday highs, but it's going to be slightly colder. I shall not complain because it will be in the 80's before you know it.

    Come on SPRING, for EVERYONE!

Ann ! I've certainly nothing to complain about (at least not weather-wise) so I'll happily sing back-up on that welcome weather tune, rain or shine . Just hope it'll not scare off all my hummingbirds.

There aren't very many blooms left and as you can see the tree is starting to produce leaves.

It appears that the baby pears will make it once again this year.

Sighhhhh.....we just had seven more inches of snow last night! I'm going to root around in the snow when it gets "warmer" this week (38), and see how my evergreens (hellobores, yucca, rhubarb, foxglove, lavender, etc) are doing.

    Thanks Dave
Just wanted to make you green with envy
Spring is such a spectacular time of the year with all the colours about from Azaleas and the different bulbs.
