    Thank you, Dawn!

This is interesting... Before you posted, you were a senior member. As soon as you finished your post, you became a registered member.

Sounds like a flaw in the system, but I'll see what I can do to fix it.

Another new feature of this software is that you can attach multiple pictures.

You can also preview them before you submit.

    COOL!!!!!

    Tom

How does 'she' do it ???? She is not just another pretty face.

    Ann
If you are updating titles, could I please have one called 'Newbie'?

Somebody then might mistake me for a 'sweet young thing'

    Abby,

You should be able to change your own title in your profile. Look at Tom's!!! If you can't figure out how to do it, perhaps Tom could give us a clue.

    OMG! Ann,

This is outstanding, and this is the only thread I've visited. Saw a message from Landspro for a "Friendship Request" and with all the hacking and sspamming, well, I wanted to check it out first as I'd never recieved one before. NOW I see what's going on!

I am just tickled PINK! Thank you for making this up grade, it is going to be wonderful!

Yes, and I think we can have a little larger Avatars now.

I haven't had a chance to play around with that yet.

I still have lots more friends to make!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Ann,

I found that when you do the "Quick Reply" you also have the choice to "Go Advanced", which allows all kinds of fun things, including emotcon, inserting an image (haven't tested that yet), different fonts as well as text sizes, text/image alignment, bullets and numbered lists!

Testing the attachment part with the full sized version of my new avatar. This is going to be so much fun!

    Working on a Baby Blanket

I am knitting a baby blanket for a friend in the Weathervane Forums I belong to. It used to be the Green Thumbs forum over at Weather Channel .com forums. I thought you would like to see the pattern I choose. It is the Feather and Fan stitch for the body, and seeds stitch for the borders. I used Bernat's Softee baby Yarn in the Bunny Prints.

    Ann,
I like the new upgrade so far. Haven't been able to check it out
much, been kinda busy for the weekend, etc.

    Dawn,
Your baby blanket is beautiful. How thoughtful of you.

    Rebecca,
    What a gorgoeus picture!

Don't we all need all the friends we can get? I know I do!

Well, numerous 'spam' members logged in this morning. They were not new registrations or were they? I didn't get a notice that there was a new users, so I assume that they are return spammers.

Anyway, these were pretty much disabled and are visible only to me and possibly Rebecca.

In studying the vbulletin website, this is becoming an ever increasing problem.

It's going to take some time to disable them all...

    But, we're getting there!!!!!!!!!!!

    Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Gosh that was a surprise!
Akknowledgments & Congratulations to you, Ann, that you have performed the upgrade towards a modern version with new, interesting features, which I actually do know from somewhere, yet (including the cool-blue basic color design *smiling and giggling*
A major coup I think, and I cross my fingers that the old problems with those strange "medically oriented spammers" (and not to forget those hoots with other, more explicite interests) will become pasture.

    Thank you, Hans-Werner!

I still have some work to do, but the color scheme will probably stay this way for awhile. It's the default. I suppose that is why it looks so familiar to you. Just don't get confused as to where you are, okay?!?!?

Almost everything is the default, except for the settings that actually carried over from before.

Besides, blue is my all-time favorite color!!!!! It was a shock to me at first, but I'm getting sort of used to it.

    Okay!

Everyone who is registered should be able to enter their own User Title now as well as add an Avatar.

I have set the Avatar size limit to 100 pixels X 100 pixels.
Sometime in the future, I will create some lp Avatar from which you can select.

I am still learning all of the power new gadgets in this newest release.

    Have FUN!!!!!!!!!!

And please do not be shy about asking questions. I may not be able to answer them right away, but I'll do my best!!!!
