    The hardest part was dealing with the fascination with being exposed to equipment that they have never seen before. They were using a coping saw to cut the PVC. I was working with another group on claw/arm, and I looked outside to see them sawing the PVC with a coping saw.

    We lost 30 minutes due to the fascination of this fantastic tool, the PVC cutter. One student said, "Is this patented? I want to invent something like this!"

    Oh! To be so young again! There were many donuts made of PVC on the ground outside of my classroom.

    OH!

    And that Dremel! I told the team leader that he needed to ask Santa Claus for a Dremel for Christmas. He couldn't keep his hands off of it. None of them could!

    The whole project was COOL!

    Congratulations to you Ann and your kids. Looks like they were getting very serious. This is an age when they need something to really get them inspired.

    What a great job you are doing for those kids Ann! I am sure that they will remember this year for the rest of their lives as a special memory.
