Only in Texas - Bluebonnets in Snow

Early in April, we had a rather significant snowfall in north Central TX. I received this photo taken somewhere south of Dallas and wanted to share it with ya'll. This is a very rare occurance to see spring blooming bluebonnets covered with snow.

    Oh WOW!

Look at that! How truly amazing can you get?

Thank you so much for sharing that photo! What an awesome sight they are without snow, and even more so with it!

Beautiful ! I've seen the bluebonnets in person and that alone was beautiful. The snow really is 'the icing on the cake' !
