Mine produces 1,000s of seeds every year, but I never really noticed it self sowing. Apparently the high winds have spread the seeds. I have this plant growing all over the yard and in potted plants.

I never considered it invasive as long as I pruned the vine that trailed, and I can see that it could be quite invasive.

Some are just a few inches high. I suspect those were the result of the 2005 hurricane season. Others are blooming and several feet long. Those must be from Ivan.

Well, if anyone wants to try some of these seeds, just let me know and later this year, I will harvest some for you.

BTW, this Jasmine only has a slight scent. It's the white ones that tend to really perfume the air. However, the blooms on this monster can be seen from a further distance. Bright, bright yellow....
