I know I should, Shepp, but I was in a hurry to get these moved to the album so I could share them with y'all for Christmas. The site I am using does have watermarks available and I may go in and do that this morning.

Have a blessed Christmas and a Happy New Year!

That ought to take care if it! Although I really hate doing it this way, but until I can take the time to go through everything in my albums and get my name on put on them all and then replaced in the album, it will have to do.

It's not that I mind others using my images, but I sure don't like it when my work is used and claimed as someone elses work/property.

In the interium, if there is an image anyone needs to use on your personal web site, just Email of PM me and I will send you a clean copy (if it is available).

    Rebecca,

Of all of Hunter's Christmas gifts, he likes one in particular. It is a Plasma Ball, and it looks a lot like a the crystal ball in the Wizard of Oz, only it is more clear. When you turn the lights out, the bulb on, then touch it with your fingers, you see all kinds of illuminatations, like lightening in the sky on a small scale. As you move your fingers, the lightening moves.

Every time I see it, I think of your images.

My favorite of yours so far are the Firebirds!

However, in this world, do you do that!

Ann, It's all done with filters! Mostly Photoshop, but I occasionally have to use a couple that were included with Irfanview.

The real trick is to know when to stop manipulating the image. I have a lot that never really make anything interesting enough to keep!

If you have the latest version of Irfanview, check out the "Effects" button on the drop down menu. "Harry's Filters" is one I use a lot - the quadrant flip. I also like the "Pop Art" Filter. I get all the really weird colors with that one.

Manipulation of images is such a fun thing to do, and very relaxing! And the easy part is you start with a normal image. Not all "normal" images are good candidates, the best for me have been close shots. Haven't really worked with any images that were strongly architectural, but may have to find some on line and see what I can do with them.

Here's another one for your amusement!
