    Rex Begonia

It has been awhile since we have discuss this type of begonia. They are still one of my favorite plants. Gosh, I have so many!

They do exceptionally well in my patio during the winter and spring, but during the summer, they tend to not do as good.

This one intriques me, even though it is not the prettiest one that I have.

    Keep them pix coming !

Ann- It seems so funny that here in zone 6 things are winding down and where you are things are just starting or continuing. That means that we zone 6'ers and lesser zones are counting on you for our greenery ! That's so much for the pix !

    Cathy,

Right now, I have mostly protected greenery...

I covered the Thunbergia B. for the last few days, and uncovered it late this afternoon. It has grown more, but the limbs are bent from the weight of the old comforter.

I have this thing about my everblooming type plants. They are hard to come by, so when I have one like this one that blooms almost continuously, I do what I can to give it a boost for the spring.

In a few more days, it will be six more weeks until the last average frost date.

    I can hardly wait!!!

We are back to temps in the lower 50's for lows...

    For NOW!
