    Long lasting flowers...

...well, at least for Hibiscus, they're long lasting. Don't know if it's cool weather or what, but the current flush of flowers are lasting four days each.

    Hibiscus rosa sinensis "Ocean Spray".

That is just gorgeous, John. Did they survive yesterday's rain? We had a large tree branch come down over my new fence and nursery beds. No damage that cannot be easily corrected, but made a mess!

Hibiscus blooms generally last but a day, however, when nights are cool they will remain open for at least another day and if the day is cool and overcast, they may hang in there fro a third day. John, your's is very unusual in lasting for four days.
