    Pop Art

I have a new album titled "POP ART". It can be accessed from the main page of my on-line album. Pretty wild and far out stuff, but only 8 images right now. More will be added as I create them. He, he, he!

    Here's a preview:

Hope everyone enjoys my new form of expression!

    Oh, the colors !

I looked at the album; I really like them. I can just imagine them on a backlit surface or as stained glass .... super !

Shepp - Exactly! Andy Warhol, eat your heart out! LOL!

"Dazed" - How about on a black t-shirt or sweat shirt! The Daisy would be awesome!

A few of my latest creations:

    One more for tonight:

I now have 48 images on the Pop Art Album! You might want to check out the "Pseudo-Art" Album too, there's some pretty weird stuff there!

I like the spider lily. I used to have some pens that I did drawings similar to these. Great under blacklights! (Must admit, I'm a child of the 70's, too.) All the pics are groovy.

    Other Strange Graphics

Here's a few of my favorites:

I really like the colors and patterning in this one:

I call this one "The Crab"

All of the images on this post were done with Photoshop Elements. The "Pop Art" ones were done with one of the filter plug-ins on Irfanview. The best "Watercolors" are still being done with the Photoshop Elements program.

Nice to hear someone is enjoying my creative streaks! Thank you!

    Shepp,

I'd be very hesitant about using any type of Herbicide on the potted seedlings. Better to pull the weeds or just wait until you move the seedlings on to bigger pots or plant them in the ground. Even one granule near the crown can cause the seedling problems. I wouldn't use it. All of my potted plants also grow great looking weeds, I just pull them out after a good soaking.

i will continue to pull them "weeds", thanks for the info.
just got back from BFG supply located in portland ohio, just one of many locations.
i went to pick up 2 quart pots made by NSI they were 21.5 cents per pot.
i bought 3 quart pots instead at 18 cents each by landmark plastics. aka trade gallons. better suited to my needs.much heavier pot too. 20 bags of perrennial mix made by scotts which that line of product has been bought by sungro who makes the sunshine mix type bagged soils.
plant tags a marker pen, osmocote and a herbicide. time to get busy again .

    Shepp,

They really wouldn't even need the protection of the cold frame. Mine are all planted in the ground, the only protection they will get is a blanket of pine straw. What size pots are these in now? Singly or in groups (community pots)?

Please post your reply on the Daylily Forum, if you would, pretty please!
