Great Egret

Augh! It's time for a new camera--took this with zoom and I would have liked better. But how often do you see a Great Egret perched in a tree ? A little better definition in the second photo. Had to sneak in a photo of my gardening buddy as well as my flowers: his name is Toby.

Beautiful egret and a very handsome Cat!

New camera eh, I highly recommend you get a Canon - the Power Shot SX20IS is awesome and has a 20X Zoom lens (equv to a 100mm zoom lens on a normal SLR.) I love mine! - Some f my best close-ups are captured with the zoom lens!
