Should I be top dressing/adding anything to my lily pots at the moment/early spring. Some are already sprouting.... They got nothing going into winter.

Sorry, Cathy, Didn't see this sooner.
If you haven't figure it out,m you don't really need to add anything, but it won't hurt as more lilies will form additional roots along the stem and this does give some added stability. You can add potting mix most any time, if you are concerned about any foliage under the soil you can carefully strip it off, wait a day and then add the potting mix up to an inch below the pot rim. I've been trying to add soil to mine as soon as I see them coming up IF I didn't get them re-potted earlier.
I've a good sized clump of 'Enchantment' that is more on top of the ground than under it and will be lifting them after the bloom and dividing them. Some will go back and the others will be shipped out.
BTW, I think it is better if you re-pot any over-wintered lilies in early spring. This way you can look for problems before they are serious ones.
