This has GOT to be one of Hunter's and my whole family's favorite. I have made so many that in the past, I had the recipe memorized.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted
3 eight oz packages cream chees, softened
1 14 oz. can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 can fruit topping or filling, any flavor chilled, or miniature chocolate chips, anything that is a favorite.

Directions:

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine crumbs, sugar and butter. Then press equal portions into the bottoms of paper cup lined mufffin cans.

In a large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat ni sweetened condensed milk. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well.

Spoon equal amounts into each cup. Bake 20 minutes or until set.

Cool. Chill. Top with filling. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Chocolate Cheesecake: Melt 1 cup semi-sweet chocolates chips in the microwave. Add to batter before baking.

Enjoy!
