New York State Grower's License

Does anyone know the contact to obtain a New York State nursery grower's license and/or a dealer's license?:confused:

Trying calling the Dept of Agriculture or your local cooperative extension agency. If they can't help you, they should know who can.

All states have different laws and requirement, so I wouldn't depend on advise from anyone who is not specifically familiar with New York (which I am not).
