I'll have to look up the spelling...

I think this one is from seed. They do produce a few seeds.

Anyway, whether it is a sport or a seedling, I spotted it this morning and thought "What FUN!!!!!" I couldn't wait to get home to take a picture!

How Pretty ! What color is it ?
Was it in a pot or it just popped up ?
I can see why you'd be excited--a perfect example of a garden surprise ! :D

It's in the ground, and it is about 5 foot tall, not very wide, only a few branches.

The blooms are a creamy white and so very pretty.

Yes, I am very excited! I have never seen a white one on the market before, and it looks fantastic next to the big, pink one.

A second one is blooming white. I do believe these are seedlings. They are growing just below where I spotted seeds forming.

I think it is so, so very cool to see these growing and blooming a different color. The creamy white is pretty against the hot pink which is about 15 foot tall now.

Azaleas are also in bloom all over the place. Quite a display between the azaleas, the bridal wreath, dogwoods, red bud and the lorepetulum!

Yummy! Yummy! Spring is here!

Oh Ann! How very pretty and could we please see 'the whole picture', you know with that 'hot pink' (my color :D) as the background. TIA!

I know spring is just around the corner here. Well it must be here according to the calendar. LOL! We are to be having high 50's with lows in the low 40's. Won't be long and those cold days of snow will be a distant memory until next yr.

When I try to take the 'whole' picture, the white ones are so small that they get lost.

Here is somewhere in between...

This city is covered with various shades of hot pink azaleas right now. Amongst that are the white dogwoods and bridal wreaths. Quite a sight!
