Hey, Rebecca!!

Your daffodils are starting to peak up from under the soil. Sure hope they bloom for me this year. Some do better than others. They say that is because of our short winters.

Your Amaryllis never went dormant, and now I am seeing even more new leaves coming from them. They have really grown this year.

Ann, It is way too early for daffs here. I did notice some of my bulbs peaking through this morning. They are scilla I think. It is too early for them, too. I guess it is due to the warmer than usual weather we are having. They are also beside the porch which holds some heat. I imagine thay will eventually freeze before thay get around to blooming.
If the daffs bloom please post pictures. Would be a lovely sight for this time of year.

That's wonderful Ann ! I still have to plant mine ! :D
I hear that in the east(Washington DC) that bulbs are coming up and blooming already. It's being attributed to global warming.

I don't see any blooms on the daffs, yet. But there are a lot of them that have 1' or more leaves. Paperwhites are in bloom, but not peak bloom.

Gotta tell you, right now, I don't mind the idea of global warming! I am ready for spring, and winter hasn't really started here yet.

I've got a bunch of 5 gallon pots. Good idea !
So, then I can just put them outside or have they been wimpified by being inside ?
