This one surprised me this evening. I have been trying to hand pollinate the Lady Margaret because it has been blooming since early spring.

However, this is NOT one of the blooms that I hand pollinated. It seems that nature and critters do a better job of pollinating.

I don't know if this one has enough time to ripen, and there is no way for me to really protect it from the first frost that will occur about Thanksgiving time.

Still, it is a cool site to see...

I've had 100's, if not 1,000's of blooms on this one this year. It is growing from a large pot in the porch, so it is protected during the winter.

But, in the spring, it quickly grew to an area outside of the porch (along with Incense'.

This one has bloomed more than any other that I have ever had.

I adore it! The blooms are not as big, but the color and number of blooms is fantastic.
