Glad you liked them Cathy. Yes, defintely perennial. I started these from seed 3 yrs. ago. I don't know how they are growing so big as they are in the tops of the cement blocks surrounding this bed. There's not much room in the holes in the blocks.

They have lovely gray green foliage that goes good with the snow in summer groundcover planted around them. They are kinda hard to see in the photo.
