I am about plant some more seeds. I can't seem to find anything on Buddleia. Is there any thing special I should do? Heat, Light?

Pat,
I started mine in a good, fine moist soiless mix and used the 'greenhouse' effect by covering the pot with plastic until the first true set of leaves develop. It is important not to let the soil dry out when they are young.
Mine were started under fluorescent lights. I covered the seed lightly with the soil mixture.
Some say that stratification in a moist mixture will speed germination. The seeds are tiny. You can either gently crush the pod over soil, or hold the branch of seed pods inside a plastic zip lock and shake against the sides of the plastic and the seeds will fall into the bag. The seeds are so tiny you will have to hold the plastic bag up against the light to see them.
When harvesting the seed, they will tend to fly out of the pods, so clipping the branch of pods off and letting it fall into a brown paper bag is helpful. Just hold the bag right under the branch and try not to move the branch much while clipping. Try to do this on a day when there isn't much wind.
Have FUN!
