I have been shopping for large quantities of pots lately. I have always just purchased some here and there and made do, but I have 3000 japanese maple seeds stratifying and I need a bumch. Anyway, everyplace I have contacted had no problems with my 2 quart description. They had them listed as such. MacKenzie Nursery Supply has some 8x6 (something around that size) for $.16 each right now. It isnt on there website, it is a special they have because a supplier went out of business. Good luck, and if you here of some good prices, please let me know. I'm hunting 2 quart and 1 gallons. Thanks.

Vicki -- checked my catalogs and only found one (Mackenzie) that listed "quarts" in the discriptions. All others list size in inches. These are the sizes I found all listed as 2 quarts.
2 - Quarts
Round 6"x6"
Square 5 1/4" sq x 6 1/4"
for reference they also listed
1 Quart
Round 4 3/4" X 4 3/4"
Square 4" square x 5"
Gallons were listed many different ways (and not all the same volume) and there is a difference between a trade gallon and a real gallon.
6 3/4" x 6 1/2"
7" x 7"
6 5/8" x 5 1/2
6 1/2" x 6 7/8"
anyway I hopes this helps a little.
6" square x 7"

Hi,
Well I do have a stack of catalogs, but not the mackenize one. Will have to ask for one, I suppose. I knew the difference between trade 1 gal. and 1 gal. Just had never seen 2 quarts listed. Thanks again.
