At a yard sale this past week I found a neat book. It is part of the Readers Digest series and is called the "Readers Digest Illustrated Guide To Gardening". It is 670 big pages loaded with info including sections on annuals, perrenials, trees, shrubs, and most importantly by each - HOW TO PROPAGATE that particular plant. I paid a dollar - worth twenty.

WOW!
Don't you just love them sales and thoughtful people who give such great gifts! I checked out Rodales Perinnal Gardening from the library, and DID NOT want to take it back. It was older but sure wish I could find one for sale.

I find most everything I want on EBAY. Look Up Rodales Perrenial Gardening or just Rodale. See what you get. You should try l;ooking up a specific kind of plant and see what y0ou get there too. Try Kwanza Cherry Tree and see what els you can get by looking at the other auctions the lister has going too. You would be surprised what is available out there for sale.

Gene,
I visited e-bay and bid on 5 books I want. Might get them might not. We'll see. Heard about ebay and actually went there before, but never took the time to register or anything.

For those living near eastern PA. Rodale Publishing holds an annual book sale at the Allentown fairgrounds in late summer or early fall each year. Excellent prices on returned books covering every topic imaginable.
