I think it's called "variable crispate", but I'd have to check with the AHS site to be positive. So, guess I'll be back!

I checked, and it's called Pinched Crispates:
Definition; Pinching - Floral segments have sharp folds giving a pinched or folded effect.
How about that! Kewl!
