Jim,

Yes, I am so glad you found some. That seems to be the hardest problem, but since Christmas time is almost here, you should be able to find more sources for it, as it is used on Christmas trees to maintain moisture in the plant in a home heated environment.

I have found that it is most beneficial in large leaved plants like mandevilla, confederate rose, passiflora, as well as many others. And, yes, it works well with roses. As you collect your roses, you will notice that some have bigger leaves than others. So, far, I have noticed that the smaller the leaf, the more you should dilute the mixture. And be sure to only spray the upper leaf, not the underside.

Roses need to breath, so be careful and not over apply to existing leaves. They will tend to yellow and drop, no matter what you do, but the longer you can keep them on the stem, the better they will root.

In any event, Wilt Pruf is an antitranspirant which will help your cuttings from losing moisture through the leaves. Just make sure you do not use so much that that suffocate.

And, as usual, read the label. This will be quite helpful.
